Saturday, October 12th, 12-2pm at David Padgett Basketball, (Springdale Community Church), 4601 Springdale Rd, Louisville, KY 40241. Come see the gym and where it’s located, meet the directors and coaches, get answers to any questions.

Tryouts: (determined by age on 9/1/20)
14 & under, Tuesday, October 29th, 6-9 pm
18 & under, Tuesday, November 12th, 6-9 pm

Prior to tryouts:
• complete or renew player registration at www.pioneervb.com (Don’t select a club or pay at that time)

Bring to tryouts:
• completed USAV Medical Release Form (under documents tab or Pioneer Region website).
• completed Contact Info Form (under documents tab)
• $275 ($25 non-refundable fee for tryouts; $250 refunded if not selected or decline invitation; applied toward club fee if selected/accepted)

Bring to first practice:
• completed club waiver form
• completed financial contract

Season starts: Tuesday, December 10
Ends: Sunday, May 17

Practice: Tuesdays and Thursdays either 6-8 or 8-10 at David Padgett Basketball,

Tournaments: All teams play 18 dates beginning in mid-January, most in the Louisville area. Everyone plays in Sevierville, some teams play 1 or 2 other regional events in Nashville and/or Indianapolis

Cost: $1325-1475 (depends on the team’s schedule) includes registration fees, coach’s salary & expenses, Smack Sportswear apparel (2 jerseys, spandex, practice tee and hoodie), all practice costs and all tournament fees

Installment plan: Additional payments are due by December 10, January 14, February 11, and March 10
