USA Volleyball is using a new registration system for the upcoming season so there may be a few bumps in the road.

All Adults will register online paying all their fees by online payment.

Junior players will only purchase a $10 tryout membership online.

1. Go to www.pioneervb.com

On the HOME page click go down to the middle of the page and Click “Become a Member”

**You may already have a Sports Engine account from another sport or your current club, if so, go directly to 5 – Login from your account

2. Read “Help for the New Registration System”

3. The parent or guardian “The player cannot do this”, must “Create an Account” before you can buy a membership – See online instructions

5. Click on “Junior Member” or “Adult Member” down the page

Be sure to enter your legal name

Adults will purchase their own membership and a background screening if needed, online – membership and background screening fees are non-refundable. There is no option for a club choice. If you have been a past member of USA Volleyball be sure to enter your name as in the old system so your certifications are pulled over to the new MMS system. If you need to complete a certification you will be notified during the process and by email. If serving in more than one role, the registrar will need to place you in the second position (i.e. coach in two clubs, coach/official).

Juniors will purchase a $10 tryout membership that is non-refundable – there is no option for club choice – If a player has an idea of what club they may choose, buy the tryout membership in the region that club is located. Region tryout fees are upgradeable but only by the region in which the tryout membership was purchased. The region will honor a tryout membership purchased in another region for a junior club tryout in the Pioneer Region as other regions will honor ours. When a club is chosen the club will make the remainder of the membership payment to Pioneer.

PRINT or DOWNLOAD to your smartphone, your membership card to show proof of registration for tryouts. If a member does not print it during registration…go back to Membership/Registration and there are instructions “Get Your Membership Card”.
Once the paid full membership is complete you will receive an email ‘invite’ from your club.
Click “Accept” if it is the club you have decided to play with for the upcoming season.

Credit card charges – there will be two charges on your card for the total membership fee –

One for Pioneer Region
One for USA Volleyball
Background Screening fee will be a third charge, if needed this season
